I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic. It's really close to the center of the city, but far enough away from the noise to enjoy some peace and quiet. Plus, being near the park that hosts the zoo and the old fortress adds an extra charm to the surroundings. Secondly, the service from the staff was excellent. They were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. Lastly, the rooms, although with quite modest furniture, had a breathtaking view in the middle of a beautiful park.

The breakfast was not great, with limited options and some of the food not being fresh. some staff members did not know English well, which made communication difficult at times.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a beautiful park, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is simply superb, with the zoo and the old fortress just a stone's throw away. Being away from the city noise allows guests to fully appreciate the breathtaking view of Lovech.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Great views and peaceful location. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, were clean and well-kept. The staff was always friendly and eager to help with any requests we had.

There were a couple of issues that could have been improved, such as the lack of a mini-fridge in the room and the room temperature being a bit too warm. there were some language barriers with the staff.
